Overhead crane is a sort of heavy lifting equipment commonly used in workshops, warehouses, etc. The operation mode of the overhead bridge crane can be divided into ground operation and cab operation. The ground operation includes pendant control and wireless remote control. These operating methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Information
Types of Gantry Cranes
The gantry crane is improved on the basis of the bridge crane. It has legs installed at the two ends of the main beam, commonly used for outdoor cargo handling. Gantry crane models include MH, BMH, MG, BMG , MG(U), etc. There are many types of gantry cranes, which can be divided into different categories according to different standards.
Overhead Crane Work
Overhead crane is commonly found in industrial environments to handle a variety of loads or materials with increased work efficiency and safety. This equipment can vary widely in terms of configurations and specifications. The main configurations of overhead cranes we supply include single girder, double girder, top running and under running system. Overhead crane can be designed to lift anywhere from 1 ton to several hundred tons to meet different requirements of customers.
Overhead Crane Systems
Overhead crane offers easy lifting and moving in industrial facilities, with improved work efficiency, safety and space savings. It comes in different configurations and specifications to meet varied needs of customers. The main configurations of overhead cranes include single girder, double girder, top running and underhung system, with capacity from 1 ton to several hundred tons. Overhead cranes are commonly used in workshops, warehouses, storage yards, etc.
Overhead Crane Solutions
We provide efficient, safe and cost-effective overhead cranes and material handling solutions for easy and quick lifting and moving in industrial facilities. Overhead cranes can lift and transport heavy loads overhead without being disturbed by ground obstacles, thereby reducing product damage and worker injuries. The cranes come in four main configurations to accommodate different facility conditions and lifting requirements, including single girder, double girder, top running and underhung system.
Gantry Crane System
Gantry crane system is a variation of bridge crane, where two support legs are installed under the main beam, directly running on the ground track. Gantry cranes come in different types and designs to suit varied lifting requirements. According to the gantry frame structure, there are full gantry cranes, semi gantry cranes and cantilever gantry cranes. According to the main beam structure, they can be divided into single beam gantry cranes and double beam gantry cranes. According to the main beam structure, there are box-shaped structure and truss structure for you to choose from. According to the application, there are general gantry cranes, container gantry cranes, shipyard gantry cranes and hydro-power station gantry cranes.
Overhead Crane Types
Overhead cranes can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. The cranes are available in a range of types and configurations to meet all kinds of lifting requirements in your facility, maximizing your work efficiency and safety.
Gantry Crane Specs
We offer various types of gantry cranes, available in a range of specifications and configurations to suit varied needs of customers. The main types of gantry cranes we supply include single girder gantry crane, double girder gantry crane, semi gantry crane, truss gantry crane, cantilever gantry crane, rail mounted gantry crane, rubber tyred gantry crane, etc. With the support of professional engineers, each type of gantry crane can be custom designed and built to meet your special requirements.
Overhead Crane Components
Overhead cranes are generally composed of bridge, lifting mechanism, crane and trolley travelling mechanisms, control room, trolley conductive device, main power conductive device, etc.
Bridge
Bridge is the basic component of the overhead crane, which is composed of the main beam, the end beam, and the platform. The main beam is generally box-shaped structure. End beams are connected at both ends of the main beam, and a walking platform is installed outside the two main beams, with safety railings. The platform on the side of the cab is equipped with crane running mechanism, and platform on the other side is equipped with a device that supplies power to the electric equipment of the trolley, that is, the auxiliary sliding wire. Through the crane running mechanism, the overhead crane moves along the guide rail throughout the workshop.
Overhead Crane Specifications
Overhead cranes vary widely in terms of specifications and configurations. The following are some overhead crane specifications for your reference:
